USA state for 19 years. He served as Chairman of a five-county
Emergency Health Services council. Vice Chairman of county
LEPC and 911 Task Force. Managed County Fire

Marshal’s office, Haz Mat response team, EMS
quality Assurance program, 911
center and emergency management planning. Project manager
for $23.4 million dollar public safety expansion project.
Certified State fire training
instructor in Incident Command and Volunteer Emergency
Services. Certified Trainer for Department of Homeland
Security, FEMA Emergency Management Institute and National
Fire Academy in major incident management programs for
16 years. Evaluates WMD exercises for the state of Texas.

#010 is a former Emergency Transportation Specialist and
Regional Emergency Planner with the DOT/Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA), with over 30-years Federal experience.
Developed preparedness and response exercises and other
training programs; Served as a principal player in FAA’s
nationwide Continuity of Operation Plan development; Coordinated
development of FAA personnel training video; Coordinated
DOT Region 3 responses to major disasters; and Provided
Incident Command System training and exercises. Regional
HAZWOPER specialist; developed training programs for responding
to chemical spill incidents, for working at hazardous
waste sites, and at treatment, storage, and disposal facilities.

EV Consultant #002 is a former Vice
Chairman for Clinical Operations and head of Safety and
Compliance for a nationally prominent healthcare organization.
He was involved in designing and implementing all safety,
preparedness, and compliance policies for the health system.
EV Consultant #002 is a board-certified Emergency
Physician and accredited EMT
and Firefighter who designed
and led the emergency preparedness and response efforts
of a mid-sized US Healthcare Alliance (a multi-hospital
and EMS collaboration).
He currently serves as the Medical Director for the Fire
Department of one of the USA's largest cities;
as well being Medical Director at the city's airport,
one of the world's largest. |
