Emergency Visions Consulting Services Team is comprised of
the most experienced and knowledgable emergency management
experts in the industry. These experts are not
new to emergency management - they have been there.
They bring years of actual experience to the table, having
responded to thousands of natural and man-made emergencies
(all hazards), including; bioterrorism attacks, nuclear hazards,
tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, fires, earthquakes, chemical
disasters, and airplane/airport incidents.
The
depth and breadth of the team allows Emergency Visions to

on the requirements of the training or consulting services
engagement.

consultants and project managers have an unparalleled level
of experience in vulnerability and readiness assessment, emergency
response plan development, emergency simulation/drill design
and delivery, and education and training of key community

EV Consultant #015 retired
with over 20 years in Hospitals and Healthcare. Former
Director of Emergency Preparedness, Safety and Security
for large health group with 9,000 employees in multiple
acute care hospitals, outpatient centers, data centers,
and administrative buildings. Served as the Emergency
Department Director of a 350-bed facility and Integrated
EMS operation, with responsibilities for JCAHO compliance,
emergency preparedness, and clinical I.T. operations.
Key member of the Department of Defense Task Force on
Emergency Preparedness. Currently Serves as FEMA
Region 9 Disaster Assistance Employee, Hazard
Mitigation Branch, Community Education and Outreach
Branch Chief, report writer, mitigation
specialist, mitigation education
for both public and private sectors, publications and
graphic development, external liaison and media interviews
on 10 major disasters. |
019 |
EV Consultant #019 is a former Chief
Information Officer with the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA). This consultant developed, produced,
and implemented hazard-specific educational and marketing
campaigns and initiated public-private partnerships to
promote sustainability and disaster resistance. EV Consultant
#019 also delivered keynote addresses, speeches and training
on agency direction, natural hazard
mitigation initiatives, and educational outreach
at national conferences and workshops. Served on
management team for Federal disaster operations throughout
mainland US, Western Pacific and Caribbean as Education
Branch Chief. Also selected as Mitigation
Education/Community Relations Branch Chief on FEMA's national
catastrophic Emergency Response Team.
