industry. Supervised a marketing, trading and development
team consisting of natural gas
professionals. Developed budgets, strategies, and goals
designed to reach all corporate objectives. Devised and
implemented risk management strategies for internal and
external customers utilizing derivative tools including
fixed price, basis and options products. Managed the development
and construction of: Eight GE LM6000 41 MW simple cycle
modular gas turbine power
generation peaking facilities; Salt dome caverns for natural
gas storage; pipeline interconnects; gathering systems;
processing facilities and power generation projects.
As Senior Marketing Representative and Material Coordinator,
supervised a sales and development team marketing 450,000
MMbtu/day to utilities and industrial accounts. Developed
strategies, budgets and cost projections to construct
gathering and processing facilities to bring stranded
gas to the marketplace. Handled
all aspects of pipeline,
and production equipment receiving, inventory and disbursements
to contractors for the construction of the following pipeline
construction projects: Chemplex pipeline
spur line; Louisiana Resources Pipeline;
Ozark Gas Transmission System,
and Managed a 1.5 million gallon P.O.L. distribution center
on the Trans Alaska Pipeline. |

of Emergency Preparedness for one of the world's largest
global oil pipeline companies
where he led a team that developed the prototype for many
corporate Crisis Management Plans. Personally managed
the external world communications aspects of more than
20 major crisis events and many smaller incidents ranging
from mass casualty explosions and airborne environmental
releases to major oil spills and workplace murders. He
has provided consulting services to more than 60 public
and private organizations. Hold a BS degree in Journalism
and have served as a network and local journalist. |

engineering, construction, operation, maintenance and
emergency management. Senior officer responsible for management
of one of the largest natural gas
utilities in the U.S. Served as emergency control officer
and managed hurricane and tornado strikes. Designed and
implemented emergency control procedures and systems for
natural and man-made disaster control. Managed new and
remedial construction programs for major U.S. natural
gas pipeline and distribution companies. Participated
in development of Federal and State pipeline
safety regulations. Developed QA/QC programs assuring
compliance with DOT/OPS and OSHA regulations along with
