Emergency Visions, Inc. Introduces the "PAR" Solution

(Preparedness, Assessment and Response: The Industry's First "Whole Community(1)" approach to understanding vulnerabilities and building capacities at the local level)

PAR is:

·      A software solution that Emergency Visions, Inc. (EVI) utilizes to electronically conduct the following for a community/county:

· Hazard Vulnerability Assessment

· Critical Infrastructure/Key Facility Assessments

· Emergency Readiness/Response Capacity Assessment

· Disaster Needs Assessment

Resulting from these assessments, EVI delivers its ResponseVision™ solution pre-populated, with a graphical and database-driven summary utilizing dashboards, easy-to-use reports, and geospatial mapping tools that the users are able to access after completion of the assessments.

·      A Software Solution that EVI utilizes to allow local, regional, and national Suppliers and Volunteer Organizations to catalogue the resources they have available in support of a community/county's disaster response efforts (a "whole community" approach).  EVI will also use this Solution to rapidly certify and update the capacity of each organization in the event of a disaster.

·      A Software Solution that can be pre-populated into a Portable Emergency Response Operations and Logistics System for deployment within 24 hours anywhere in the nation.  An "EOC in a box" for a community/county that has been affected by a disaster.

·      A Grant Management and Reimbursement Service available to a community/county to identify available federal, private sector, and foundation disaster response and recovery grants; to generate an open bid for available suppliers based on a Disaster Needs Assessment; and to submit and manage the grant documentation and reimbursement process for post-disaster funding.  (This service is included for the event when EVI has been contracted for post-disaster products and services provided or may be contracted for on a time-and-materials basis.)

·      Preferred, guaranteed, retained status for the community/county to receive disaster response resources and services identified in the Disaster Needs Assessment within 48 hours of a disaster occurrence. This could include (but is not limited to):

· Consequence Management Software (Full Incident Management, Logistics, and Situational Awareness software plus communications/networking)

· EOC Staffing (Subject Matter Experts and Support Personnel to cover all Emergency Support Functions)

· Emergency Services supplemental staffing (certified, credentialed law enforcement, fire service, and emergency medical service personnel)

· Search and Rescue Teams (qualified SAR specialists and K9 with handlers)

· Public and Environmental Health expertise (Chem/Bio, Radiological, HAZMAT/HAZWOPER, and Epidemiological)

· Debris Removal Services

· Volunteer Management and Credentialing Services (FEMA trained)

· Mobile Kitchens for Meals and Food/Water Distribution

· Survivor Services (Child Care, Grief/Mental Health Counseling, Chaplaincy)
