
Emergency Visions, Inc. Introduces the "PAR" Solution
(Preparedness, Assessment and Response: The Industry's First "Whole Community(1)" approach to understanding vulnerabilities and building capacities at the local level)
PAR is:

A software solution
that Emergency Visions, Inc. (EVI) utilizes to electronically conduct the
following for a community/county:
· Hazard Vulnerability Assessment
· Critical Infrastructure/Key Facility Assessments
· Emergency Readiness/Response Capacity Assessment
· Disaster Needs Assessment
Resulting
from these assessments, EVI delivers its ResponseVision™ solution
pre-populated, with a graphical and database-driven summary utilizing
dashboards, easy-to-use reports, and geospatial mapping tools that the users
are able to access after completion of the assessments.

A Software
Solution that EVI utilizes to allow local, regional, and national Suppliers and
Volunteer Organizations to catalogue the resources they have available in
support of a community/county's disaster response efforts (a "whole community" approach). EVI will also use this Solution to
rapidly certify and update the capacity of each organization in the event of a
disaster.
·
A Software
Solution that can be pre-populated into a Portable Emergency Response
Operations and Logistics System for deployment within 24 hours anywhere in the
nation. An "EOC in a box" for a
community/county that has been affected by a disaster.
·
A Grant
Management and Reimbursement Service available to a community/county to
identify available federal, private sector, and foundation disaster response
and recovery grants; to generate an open bid for available suppliers based on a
Disaster Needs Assessment; and to submit and manage the grant documentation and
reimbursement process for post-disaster funding. (This service is included for the event when
EVI has been contracted for post-disaster products and services provided or may
be contracted for on a time-and-materials basis.)

Preferred, guaranteed,
retained status for the community/county to receive disaster response resources
and services identified in the Disaster Needs Assessment within 48 hours of a
disaster occurrence. This could include (but is not limited to):
· Consequence Management Software (Full Incident
Management, Logistics, and Situational Awareness software plus
communications/networking)
· EOC Staffing (Subject Matter Experts and Support
Personnel to cover all Emergency Support Functions)
· Emergency Services supplemental staffing
(certified, credentialed law enforcement, fire service, and emergency medical
service personnel)
· Search and Rescue Teams (qualified SAR specialists
and K9 with handlers)
· Public and Environmental Health expertise (Chem/Bio, Radiological, HAZMAT/HAZWOPER, and
Epidemiological)
· Debris Removal Services
· Volunteer Management and Credentialing Services
(FEMA trained)
· Mobile Kitchens for Meals and Food/Water
Distribution
· Survivor Services (Child Care, Grief/Mental Health
Counseling, Chaplaincy)
· Recovery/Restoration Services (equipment, supplies,
personnel for various city/community and utility functions)

population
· $7,500 annual subscription for 50,000 to 500,000 in
population
· $9,500 annual subscription for over 500,000 in
population

· (2) THIRA is Objective One of the HSGP that process that enables the whole community to maintain a baseline understanding of the risks that they face, facilitating efforts to identify capability and resource gaps, focus capability improvements, and inform the community of actions they can take to manage their risks.
